I found a recipe for a ginger cheesecake with mango and lime on it and it sounded delicious so dad and I had to make it. Or try to. The photo in the magazine was really pretty but the outcome of or cake was more or less a disaster xD Though it tasted incredibly good, it just looked like a pile of goo xD
